BILLY JOE LEMING
Billy Joe Leming, 44, of Andrews died Sunday, April 30, 2006 at his residence. A native and lifetime resident of Cherokee County, he was the son of Lucille Anderson Leming Garrett of Andrews and the late Luther Leming. He was an equipment operator for the Cherokee County landfill, and was a member of the Valley River Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to the mother are his wife, Amanda Whitaker Leming; a brother, Gary Leming of Andrews.
Funeral services at 2:00 PM Thursday (May 4) in the Valley River Baptist Church with Rev. Roy Phillips officiating. Interment in the church cemetery. Pallbearers: Jeff and Hurbert Clark, Johnny Nichols, Dick Godfrey, Jason Rowland, and Todd Hicks.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 Wednesday evening at the Ivie Funeral Home, Andrews.
