HAROLD C. ANDREU

Harold C. Andreu, 77, of Andrews died Wednesday (April 26, 2006) in a Murphy medical center. He was a native of Jacksonville, FL where he had lived most of his life before moving to Cherokee County a year ago. He was the son of the late Summer C. and Annie Dennison Andreu. He had served in the US Marine Corp. He retired after 50 years as a land surveyor.

He was preceded in death by a son, Robin Andreu.

Surviving are two daughters, Beth Andreu of Andrews and Stacy Scott of Jacksonville; two sisters, Juanita Thornton and Geneva Ray both of Jacksonville; and ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at a later date in Jacksonville.
