ROBERT LATHAN JENKINS JR.
Robert Lathan Jenkins Jr., 95, of Murphy died Thursday, April 23, 2009. A native of Roanoke, VA, he had lived in Cherokee County since 1965. He was the son of the late Robert Lathan and Florance Sharpe Jenkins and the husband of the late Pearl Bellew Jenkins. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the United States Navy in the Pacific Theatre. He was a retired missionary and was of the Christian faith.
Interment was held Monday, April 27 in the Chattanooga National Cemetery.
