Ivie Funeral Home Obituary - EULA PASSMORE Eula Passmore, 89, of the Nantahala Community, Topton died Tuesday (August 7, 2007) at her residence. A native and lifelong resident of Macon County, she was the daughter of the late Andrew Patton and Addie Prince Morgan and the wife of the late Troy C. Passmore, who died Feb. 11, 1996. She was a homemaker and a member of the McClelland Cove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Timmy Passmore and Ciera “Rosebud” Dills; a daughter-in-law, Pauline Evans Passmore; and two sons-in-law, Ikey Winfrey and Lynn Holloway. Surviving are three daughters, Glestie Young and husband, Carl of Jamestown, NC, Carolyn Winfrey of Jasper, GA, and Joyce Passmore of the home; seven sons, Bill Passmore and wife, Barbara of Dillard, GA, Clyde Passmore and wife, Polly of Dandridge, TN, Carroll Passmore and wife, Nancy of Thomasville, NC, Coyett Passmore and wife, Wanda of Butler, TN, Clint Passmore and wife, Sue of High Point, NC, Gary Passmore and wife, Cathy of Archdale, NC, and Kenneth Passmore and wife, Cathy of Nantahala; and 29 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren, and 12 great great grandchildren. Funeral services at 2:00 PM Friday (Aug. 10) in the Chapel of the Ivie Funeral Home, Andrews with Revs. Eugene Taylor, Leroy Kelley, and Kermit Morgan officiating. Interment in the Union Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers: Tony, Ricky, and Chucky Passmore, Farrell Holloway, Carl Young, and Larry Wayne Lisenby. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Thursday evening at the Ivie Funeral Home, Andrews.
