Miney Reagin , 90, of Murphy died Tuesday (Dec. 9) at her residence. A native of Lithonia, GA, she was the daughter of the late Sam and Mary Altha Osborn Binion and the wife of the late J.N. Reagin , who died June 1995. She was a homemaker and a member of the Little Brasstown Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Lou Reagin , who died Dec. 7, 2003.

Surviving are a son, T.J. Reagin and wife, Barbara of Cumming, GA; and two grandchildren, Michael T. Reagin of Buford, GA and Tonia Dobbs of Murphy.

Funeral services at 2:00 PM Thursday (Dec. 11) in the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home, Murphy with the Rev. Aud Brown officiating. Burial in Little Brasstown Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers: Mike and Brian Clayton, Walter Clonts , Greg Bradshaw, Ronnie Wilson, and Scott Burson .

The family will receive friends from 1-1:45 Thursday afternoon at the Ivie Funeral Home, Murphy.
