Tracy Edwin Tarr, 88, of Hayesville died Sunday (Dec. 19, 2004) in a Murphy medical center. A native of Grasmere, NH, he had moved to Clay County one year ago. He was the son of the late Tracy Walter and Margaret Fuller Tarr. He was a veteran of WWII, serving in the US Army Air Corps. He was a mason and was of the Methodist faith. Surviving are a daughter, Judith Tarr Frazer of Daytona Beach, FL; three sons, Tracy E. Tarr Jr. of Hayesville, and Robert and Frank Tarr both of Lakeland, FL; and five grandchildren. No services are planned. Ivie Funeral Home, Hayesville in charge of all arrangements. Remember
