EDWARD PELLMAN

Edward Pellman, 72, of Hayesville died Tuesday (December 13, 2005) in a Clay County Care Center. A native of Ozone Park, NY, he had lived most of his life in Miami, FL before moving to Clay County in 1988. He was the son of the late Sylvester Francis and Grace Helen Knapp Pellman. He retired after 37 years with Pan-American Airlines. He was a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church.

Surviving are his wife of 49 years, Louise Johnston Pellman; three daughters, Dianne Podkulski of Jacksonville, FL, Colleen Hanratty of Oviedo, FL, and Ericka Case of Denham Springs, LA; a son, Clint Pellman of Effingham, IL; a sister, Grace Falls of Hollywood, FL; and six grandchildren.

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in memory of Edward Pellman to the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, PO Box 546, Murphy, NC 28906.
