A native of White County, GA, she had lived in Cincinnati, OH before moving to Cherokee County a year ago. She was the daughter of the late Aaron and Annie Mae Wiley Sutton. Cora Mae was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are two sisters, Lela Blackwell of Murphy and Carrie Trammell of Helen, GA; a brother, Charles S. Sutton of San Antonio, TX; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services at 2:00 PM Saturday (January 14) in the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home, Murphy with the Elder Ann Nicely officiating.
