Loretta W. “Pat” Patterson, 86, of Hayesville died Sunday (January 27, 2008) at her residence. A native of Lineville, AL, she had lived most of her life in Lanett, AL and Winter Garden, FL before moving to Hayesville in August 2006. She was the daughter of the late Joseph J. and Katie Kirby Williams. She was a retired inspector with West Point Manufacturing Company. She was a member of the Ocoee, FL Church of Christ.

Surviving are a son, Barry Oliver and his wife, Sandy of Hayesville; two grandchildren, Brian Oliver of Polk City, FL and Lori Johnson of Orlando, FL; and five great grandchildren.

Memorial services at 2:00 PM Wednesday (Jan. 30) in the Chapel of the Ivie Funeral Home, Hayesville with Rev. Steven Morris officiating.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-1:50 Wednesday afternoon at the Ivie Funeral Home, Hayesville prior to the services.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in loving memory of Loretta W. “Pat” Patterson to the Hayesville Church of Christ, PO Box 492, Hayesville, NC 28904.
