ZETA NORDIN RESIMONT

Zeta Nordin Resimont, 70, of Murphy died Tuesday (November 8, 2005) in an Atlanta, GA hospital. She was born in Omaha, NE, but had been living in Murphy for several years. She was the daughter of the late Maj. William J. and Toni Nordin of London, AR. She had worked as a teller for several banks in Georgia and Arkansas and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Murphy First United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her husband of 53 years, William L. Resimont Jr.; four daughters, Barbara Enloe of Maumelle, AR, Debra Resimont of Lawrenceville, GA, Diana Atkinson of North Little Rock, AR, and Brenda Warford of Roswell, GA; two sons, William N. Resimont of Oviedo, FL and William L. Resimont III of St. Petersburg, FL; and ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services at 11:00 AM Friday (Nov. 11) in the Chapel of Ivie Funeral Home, Murphy with the Revs. George Yates and W.W. Keeling officiating. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 Thursday evening at the Ivie Funeral Home, Murphy.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the American Cancer Society, Cherokee County Chapter, PO Box 1151, Murphy, NC 28906.
