SHEILA
BEAVERS BRITT
Sheila Beavers Britt, 42, of Hiawassee, GA died Thursday (Oct. 2, 2003) in
Blue Ridge Rehab Center in Asheville. A native of Cherokee County, she had
lived most of her life in Shelby, NC before moving to Hiawassee in 2001. She
was the daughter of Helen Tanner Fisher of Hiawassee and the late Roy Dean
Beavers. She was of the Baptist faith. Her hobbies included oil painting and
gardening.
Surviving, in addition to her mother, are a son, Shanan Glen Britt of Hiawassee;
her step-father, Larry Fisher of Hiawassee; and a brother, Anthony Dale Beavers
of Hiawassee.
Funeral services at 2:00 PM Saturday (Oct. 4) in the Chapel of Ivie Funeral
Home, Murphy with the Rev. Glen Tanner officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 Friday evening at the Ivie Funeral
Home, Murphy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the American Heart
Fund, No. 1 Heart Circle, Chapel Hill, NC 27514.
