A native of Towns County, GA, she had lived most of her life in Clay County. She was the daughter of the late Marion David and Margaret Alexander Gibson and the wife of the late Turner Carl Ledford, who died in 1949. Bonnie was a homemaker and was a member of the Ledford's Chapel United Methodist Church. Surviving are four sons, Adam “Bud” Ledford and R.L. Ledford both of Hayesville, James Ledford of Norcross, GA, and Lawrence Ledford of East Point, GA; and 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Graveside services at 11:00 AM Wednesday (Oct. 12) in the Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Troy Long officiating.
