A native and lifetime resident of Cherokee County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Candler and Gwendolyn Stalcup King. She was a homemaker and a member of the Bellview United Methodist Church. Surviving are her husband, Robert E. Kincaid; two daughters, Donna Cox of Surf Side Beach, TX and Kennie Lee of Morganton, GA; four grandchildren, Heather Anderson, John Thomas, and Jason and Ryan Romain; and two great grandchildren, Cassidy and Ashton Anderson. Funeral services at 11:00 AM Sunday (Oct. 16) in the Bellview United Methodist Church with the Revs. Mike Bias and Patt Miller officiating. Burial in the church cemetery. Pallbearers: Ryan Romain, John Thomas, John Ivie, Tom Miller, Brian Davis, and Doug Crawford. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Saturday evening at the Ivie Funeral Home, Murphy where the body will be until placed in the church 30 minutes prior to the services. The family requests memorials be made in memory of Judy K. Kincaid to the American Cancer Society, Cherokee County Chapter, PO Box 1151, Murphy, NC 28906.
